Any guy that has traveled to Budapest or knows someone that has, usually has heard a horror story of someone getting fleeced at a local 'rip joint to the tune of a couple of hundred dollars for a beer. 4Play, refreshingly, is not one of those places. It pretty much offers everything you would want in a strip bar: hot women who speak English, no-scam prices, and located downtown without the usual meat-heads loitering around the door making the place less than welcome to go in to.

Speaking as a local expat, I can say with some authority that Budapest stripclubs usually get it all wrong: the girls are monolingual and pushy, the prices are sky-high, and the overall vibe is best described as "menacing". 4Play turns that tired formula on its head by making English lessons for the girls mandatory (and, from what I hear, etiquette lessons too!) and offering prices on booze and dances that must be the lowest in town. Also, the hostess who runs the joint is a total sweetheart.
